How trades close and how we count wins

Every position is held to the 5-minute window's resolution. When the window closes the token settles to $1.00 on a win or $0.00 on a loss, and that is the only exit. There is no mid-window stop-loss sell in these markets, so the bot never bails out early; the stop-loss control only caps averaging down, it does not sell.

The profit and loss you see is read straight from your Polymarket account through their data API, never guessed from the bot's own logs.

Risk is capped on every strategy: a max number of concurrent positions, a max size per trade, trading hours you can switch off, and a daily stop so a bad day cannot spiral. All trades go through your own wallet on Polymarket, so you stay in control of your funds.
